Django-cms fulfills many requirements about main requirements are still not up to the mark. Researched mainly on fulfilling requirements today.

Today i worked on django-cms for training evaluation system. Different user permission and authority. IT has Dean, mentor, supervisor and student having desired permissions. Django-cms is much faster way than making project from scratch.
